My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
