They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
the only problem i have is if i try to reschedule my appointment it is very hard to get through,,, and they always try to charge me a 25.00 no show for appointments that i tried to reschedule but could not get though

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated and I was confident it was going to work wonders to help relieve my pain.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
