They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The nurse was rude and had a negative attitude. She treated us as though we were inconveniencing her. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. We were very satisfied with the Physician and the services that were provided for my mother.
We were in the Endoscopy Center and the lobby was nasty. The cloth chairs had brown stains and water stains in almost ever chair. Very dirty and needs to be remodeled.
