I would like to thank you, Tina (Patient Relations Rep), for being there for emotional support for my Uncle (Tacho Castillo) and our family - you and the staff are superstars!!
I think God works in mysterious ways so I am glad I live on the Northside, I am able to support my family that live on south side .
The staff is attentive and empathic to my Uncle's needs. I know that certain facilities and workers get a bum rap many times and may feel unappreciated - I am here to tell you ALL - you deserve much more money and support for the service you provide.
I personally am not able to do the job you do so make sure you give yourselves credit for the work that is done at Kindred. It means so much to me and helps me sleep at nite knowing that the staff at Kindred is there at the end of my Uncles days.
Their staff is among the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very compassionate to my situation. The waiting room was a pleasure. It smelled and looked very clean. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. They have no magazines to choose from. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. The doctors are inaccessable and hard to reach when you want to discuss healthcare needs. Most of the nurses are not very attentive and do not check up on patients regularly. Some of the CNA's are great and go the extra mile to help you while others do only what they have to and no more and you have to ask them to do that.
