Excellent ! I don't understand where some of these poor reviews came from. Angry people, I guess. The Customer Service is excellent, and they follow up.

Worst customer service ever! I spoke with the "manager/owner" (so she cliams)of the company Nita and she had to be the most unprofessional person I have ever spoke to in my life! I simply asked questions & she responded rudely each time. She mocked me to a coworker while I was still on the line. If she doesn't like her JOB then maybe she should quit. I wish I would have looked at the other reviews 1st before I decided to do any business with this company. I'm sure that if I where there in person she wouldn't of behaved that way. Nita might want to invest in customer service classes ASAP!

Horrible Customer Service - Spoke with Kirk who is a manager, extremely arrogant and disrespectful, Needs to learn when to SHUT UP and let the customer talk.

Phone manners are unprofessional, It's seems it is assumed you are child that needs to be TOLD that you NEED to actually use the Medical equipment, Then it only gets worse when you're being talked at not too about money and, "...you'll need to pay at that time...will you be able to pay..." WHAT? Its like they have a history of shady and seedy customers who have not paid them so now they treat everyone as though they are cheats, Find some other supply company who will actually treat you like a Medical PATIENT not some low class clientele - Who are these people?

I have been using this provider for several years now for my CPAP and related equipment needs. I am very happy with their efficient and always courteous service. I strongly recommend them.
