I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.

What I didnt like about this place was that the person that was helping me informed me that that the product I was thinking about purchasing was covered by my insurance, then three weeks later I received a bill for what I was recommended by this office. If you go there to purchase equipment, I stronly recommend that you find out exactly how much the insurance will cover, so that you dont get a huge Co-Pay. Just because your insurance only covers 15 percent of the equipment, should not give Bonel Equipment the right to tell you that you are covered and not to worry about a Co-Pay.

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Not at all. They ignored my questions
