They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me.
