I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
