I’d like to thank everyone who helped care for my Dad for the past 2 months. Unit 2A was very kind and attentive. Michael, Laurent, Jackie and all of the Aides in the unit made his stay a positive one. The PT staff was amazing and brought my 92 year old Dad back to a stronger state than he was before being admitted. Jaye, Social Worker, was always so kind and attentive. Thank you again! We are grateful to all.

Meadowbrook Care Center provided me with the care that I needed from the day that I arrived until the day that I left.
The nurses know what they are doing and the whole staff is amazing. Kianna the concierge is always on top of your questions and concerns and she goes above and beyond to get anything you need. Odanys is very sweet and knows what he is doing. He made my communication with staff very smooth. Social workers are very good and food is also good. I would recommend to family and friends!

Meadowbrook nursing home has been a blessing for my loved one. The staff is always updating me, which is reassuring. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a nursing home for their loved one.

The staff is incredibly caring and understanding. Especially given the circumstances, they are amazing. My mother has been in several rehabilitation facilities before, and none compare to Meadowbrook. I did my research and was a bit skeptical, but they really lived up to their online reviews!

Rehab was excellent. I enjoyed the activities provided by recreation, I have no complaints, the concierges were helpful. Overall Meadowbrook is better than the last rehab center I was in.

The Vent Care is excellent, they have gone out of their way to educate me on the procedures they use to keep my wife comfortable and safe The personal care is very good. As she doesn't communicate I try to be around. The Rec. program is very good and they try to provide activities for the various groups that are here. We enjoy the music activities and have taken part in Bingo and the various games that our Rec person provides- she also reads to my wife and leads groups in Trivia and Q&A on various topics.

The recreation department has been great with my mom. Jemma always stops by to see how mom is and what she needs, always tries to take her to a few activities a week. She sits and interacts with mom. The whole team works hard at making the activities exciting. Mom enjoys the Jewish services and bingo, horse back riding, and music. Mom is constantly drawing in the room and is encouraged
