poor service. been trying to get a continuation of b-pap mask delivery
for my down-syndrome daughter and no luck. after service for six years
it was suddenly stopped over ayear ago. something about a doctors
approval(after six years). that was resolved !. talked to local office a
number of times and to c-pap supply center a couple of times told it
was ordered but we still do not have a mask nor head gear.
maybe someone , somewhere at lincare, cares about doing something
to resolve this problem ? ! !

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

No, it was expensive.

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
