I am giving them a half a star because NO STAR is not an option. supplies were ordered over two weeks ago. We began calling to see when the order was shipped a week later and told we should receive it any day. Well to make a long story short... after 5 days of calling and asking for the tracking number, we were told "we don't know what happened to your order". No good when supplies are critical to your health.
