Over two weeks ago supplies were ordered over the phone. After they didn’t show up, they were called to check the status of the order. I was told I’d be called back, I tried to follow-up 4 ½ hours later. The person I talked to said they had no record of our business, we had ordered for about 10 years. I was told it was difficult to search by phone number, I felt I was asking for too much. They did find the account but nothing about the order. Again my name and number was taken for a call back from the first representative I spoke with. Waited a second day and still no call back from the staff at Lincare. I was able to get a new prescription and walk into another provider and have the products within four hours.

This was not the first time we’ve had issues with orders, but it is the last.

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

Yes, I always enjoy my appointments

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
