Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt like they were "ghetto", staff with tattoos all over and boobs hanging out. very big turn off!! I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me I almost felt ignored.

They have a wide catalog selection of available products, The showroom is spacious enough for those using assistive equipment to get around without bumping into stuff. There is a small number of staff, can be a bit unorganized, and you may need to followup on special orders. Once you are on a set schedule for regular deliveries and supplies, the products arrive on time.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
