I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one.

I had shoulder replaced 5 days ago and was sent home with my arm in a sling from the hospital. I was having a great deal of difficulty sleeping because the arm kept escaping the sling during the night and the pain kept waking me. I was looking for a solution to the problem and called Suncoast to see if they had something I had seen on the internet. The lay I spoke with said they did not have that brand but had something similar that she thought would work as well. I went to Suncoast and was greeted by the lady who went immediately to the item, opened it and fitted it to me within minutes. At that point I was at a comfort level I hadn't visited since before the surgery. I was quite impressed with her skill, knowledge, and kindness and am sorry I didn't get her name. If ever I need medical supplies again, this will be my first stop.
