myCCSmed.com has no place to update or change insurance information or any place to leave a message online. Their telephone system is refers you from place to place with long waits between. Their website needs updating and improved for ease of access to various departments. "They" say they value their customer's "valuable" time, but their actions preclude that notion.

I received 10 wound dressings from this company - Covrsite Plus is what I received - a little fancier than a band-aid from what I could tell. They were ordered by my wound care specialist. My insurance paid $21 for them, and my cost was $3.74, so that was fine. However, what my insurance company was actually billed for was $947.00. That's not a typo. $974 for 10 bandages. You can buy them online for $30. I don't claim to know all the ins and outs of insurance and medical supply companies, but what the heck kind of rip-off are they trying to pull? I find it seriously disturbing.
