It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
