I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.
