Respiratory Sleep Associates sold me a CPAP machine for which I paid several hundred dollars out of pocket. It worked for two years, after which it stopped working. The company refused to repair or replace it. The staff person acknowledged that several other customers had the same problem and that the problem was generally the electrical system. Respiratory Sleep Associates selected for me and sold me a defective product, knew of its defects, and yet refused to stand behind it. It is bad business practice to select a product for a patient, learn that it is defective, and then abandon the patient, who has spent hundreds of dollars for nothing.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
