It is nearly impossible to get to speak with a live person at this Pharmacy. I tried several times since I did not know my RX number I could not leave my name and number along with the RX number to be refilled. I left a message for someone to call me back will see if it happens.

My compound prescription was 25% short. I only noticed this as the delivery system changed from a lotion pump to a "deodorant style" click delivery. The Rx clerk was unable to answer any questions. He appeared disinterested or maybe unable to do the simple math to realize there was a problem with the quantity. It wasn't his job to provide customer service. I asked for a pharmacist to call me the next business day. This did not happen. When I called in the afternoon, the pharmacist realized my prescription was indeed short 25%. There was no apology nor acceptance of responsibility. Why is it so hard for a business focused on people's healthcare needs to pay attention to details and customer service? Do you think they would notice my payment being 25% short?
