They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. The office was easy enough to find. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. This reference is solely for the pharmacy and it's staff. The DME (durable medical equipment) side of the business is a hot mess at times, especially concerning billing, delivering the correct supplies, and sending out items NOT REQUESTED, or THE WRONG ITEMS. Since having met the owner, Tony Orsini, I believe that this business is going through some extended growing pains, as they are expanding their operations into 30 states. They do need a more vigilant HR department, however, which needs to stop hiring everyone who comes in the door who 'happens to know someone who works there, Whatever excuse HR might have for hiring complete nincompoops, it is completely unacceptable. It is especially annoying when you consider that the cost of hiring and training someone new is so high, and they stubbornness of some companies to keep staff who are OBVIOUSLY INCOMPETENT. Still, Orsini Healthcare is the major player in Illinois pharmacy/DME delivery, and for all their faults, they do try very, very hard to get it right.

ORSINI PHARMACEUTICAL SERVICES INC is always very careful to make sure they give me the right medication. They would never give anyone the wrong prescription, they know how dangerous that is. ORSINI PHARMACEUTICAL SERVICES INC would never use foul language! They always go the extra effort to be polite and courteous! ORSINI PHARMACEUTICAL SERVICES INC always communicates with my doctor, so they have no reason to be suspicious! They are always courteous and respectful. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting ORSINI PHARMACEUTICAL SERVICES INC. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I will definitely recommend ORSINI PHARMACEUTICAL SERVICES INC to people I know.
