I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They made me wait quite a while when I came to pick up my prescription, even though I came at the designated time. It was very frustrating. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. Rude, uncaring, unorganized, could care less. I went to their competition and found a completely different attitude. Merle has been in business for a long time without much competition and poor service, lack of caring is what has happened. They need a change at the top as the poor attitude is pervasive. Don't support this business.
