I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. My beautiful little Abby passed away and everyone at the clinic was very very nice and helpful with everything. Abby felt totally at ease with Dr. Turner and her great staff. She's seen my new dog, Roger and I know he loves her too! I always recommend them and feel good about it!!!

Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
Was this veterinarian friendly to your pet?
Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor?

They have the greatest designated area for pets to go to the bathroom here, which is extremely convenient. I never have to worry about scouting out a place for my dog to go pee and It is so well kept too. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
