I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I've been to other vets that have designated areas for dogs to go to the bathroom but I didn't see one here. It really wasn't that big of deal though because there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Whenever I have to go out of town I always use this animal hospitals boarding facility. My pet is always so well taken care of and gets so much love and attention from all of the staff.

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

Yes, I was completely at ease

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

I took my kitty here b/c that's where her previous owners took her and was delighted with the place. You can tell right away that Dr Reed LOVES animals and they love him too. They aren't the type of clinic where there's going to be 4 or 5 animals waiting to be seen, they allot enough time for each "patient" which means you have time to ask questions. So glad to have found them!

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright. My pet is so spoiled every time we come here. There is always food and water available and the occasional random toy to play with as well.

Yes, they were immaculate!
