I had dental done on two dogs at two different times. Each time I felt we got excellent care and consideration. They were ready for us when we arrived and both checking in and out were easy and timely. We got written info on home care following the procedures including administration of medications they provided (pain meds and antibiotics). Both dogs had x-rays prior to the procedure that showed extensive bone loss which could have been avoided if my prior vet had been proactive about regular dental cleanings. Instead he had assured me over the years that the dogs didn't need dental cleanings. Loose teeth eventually told me otherwise! Not surprisingly I'm not seeing THAT vet again! So I came to Animal Medical Services for the dental and I've been extremely pleased with the results. My poor dogs (ages 13 and 9) each had to have many teeth extracted, but on recovery they are like puppies again - feeling so much better than they apparently have in years, just as I was told they would.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find, just look for the domed Alexander film studio next door.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
