Gets us in right away and always helpful. Seems to love animals and is not happy if he thinks they're being mistreated. Also, very reasonably priced. I've never felt that he's pushed unnecessary meds or procedures on us.

We have gone to Dr. Bob for almost 20 years! He and his staff really made us and our wiener dogs feel comfortable. We will really miss him now that we have moved to Oregon. I hope we can find another Vet that will measure up even halfway! Dr. Bob Thompson is wonderful! Jay & Lynne

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
