They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always return my phone calls within the same day. It's so great, especially when I need a question answered right away. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I've never had to remind them who I am or what my pet's condition is, they remembered both of our names by the second appointment. They go out of their way to make us feel special and welcomed. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. It's always nice when they can answer my questions over the phone instead of having to drive down there for an appointment. Most of the time, they're able to answer them over the phone which really saves my time and gas. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
