Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
