Dr. Zimmerman and his staff have taken care of my dogs for over 20 years. They have always been completely professional while being so compassionate with both my dogs. They go above and beyond to make your pets feel at ease. When we had to make the difficult decision to put our dogs down due to health issues that could not be corrected (cancer) they were all so tender and showed genuine concern for our sweet dogs and for us. I will definitely use them again with my new dog. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
