If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention.
I use to be able to recommend them, but will have to see how my next visit goes. I brought my dog in today, they told me she swallowed what looked like a coin and it had to come out. I was told that it would not pass on it's own so went ahead with surgery. This is supposed to cost just over one thousand dollars, they opened her up, but did not take out the coin, they let that pass on it's own. They did take out some material that is assumed some stuffing from a bedspread she had torn. I do not expect to have to pay for that surgery, the initial visit and the xray I have no problem with, but full price for an unnecessary, but was told necessary, operation on my baby girl. I am not a happy camper right now!

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary.
Dr. Church put our cat to sleep in Sept. it was the most peaceful death I had with our animals. Before this happened, we worked together to keep our cat alive for several months. I had confidence in a mutual decision to put our cat to sleep.
On Monday, we are having Dr. Church do surgery on our cat. he has explained everything and we wish to try and prolong our cats life.
