They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care. I wasn't happy that my appointment ran over. I had scheduled an appointment for a specific time because I had to return to work. I was seen 30 minutes after my appointment time and this is unacceptable. I know some circumstances are unavoidable but when I schedule a time, I did it for a reason and I don't have all day to wait for you to see me.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. There is no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here because food and water are always made available for them. They have bowls all over the office just in case your pet decides it needs a quick nibble of food or sip of water.
