I write this review with a heavy heart. I have used Dr Eton for by pets for over 14 years and he is a great vet. But last year the owner of Avalon Animal Hospital (who is NOT Dr Eton) brought in new office staff and they are the pits. There is now an office manager who evidently sets the tone for a very unfriendly visit experience. I am now put on hold when I call (2 out of past 3 calls) and forgotten until I hang up and call back after a minimum of 5 minutes of holding. The hospital’s office staff is not at all an operation with whom you want to deal when you bring your sick pet in for Dr Eton's kind treatment. Sorry Dr Eton -- the owner of Avaton has really sabatoged your practice and reputation. Maybe it's just me and other clients will have a great experience. I hope so. As for me, I am forced to take my three pets to another vet who will hopefully give us a total caring experience and not the (new) mercinary treatment I have received over the past 8 months at the "New" Avalon.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service
