What a place....a friend of mine that has taken her dog here for 3 major surgeries just had to have her beloved baby put down.....they asked her if she wanted to be in the room when they administered the shot.....of course just like any of us who love our animals we would want to be with them.....but NEVER in my years of animal care have I heard of having to PAY extra to stay in with my pet. When asked the reason she was told "she" was taking up an appointment time....REALLY how disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She was already there how much MORE TIME does it take????? As you can guess I will never take my beloved pet there and will make sure that my friends, family and the general public know of this.
PS---guess that is how they managed to build that new building

I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once.

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. . I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I love how attentive they are here. . Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
