I've only been to this vet once. They don't insist on appointments. If my pet needs to be seen, I simply bring him in. I love that I don't need to wait and schedule an appointment. I thought that type of service was only available in Germany. They keep the restroom well-stocked here. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. When I left their office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I can tell that it is important to them to make sure all of their clients never leave feeling confused.
