Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. AND.... THE CHRISTMAS TREE LOOKS LIKE IT IS STRAIGHT OUT OF MACYS!! VERY BEAUTIFUL!!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals.
