I moved to this vet about 7 years. My previous vet got high tech, busy and I didn't like spending double to get things done because of all the extra options that seem to come up for everything. My friend told me about Ben Lomond so I tried it. It is a father and son team with a small clinic. I have never been so happy with a vet. They care about my dogs, they don't act irritated when I call to ask something, they are very honest and don't try to sell anything extra. If you are they type that likes the fancy extras and think they make a better vet, avoid these guys. There are amazing vets but their stuff is not fancy. I got sick of a fancy vet. I wanted a vet that I felt cared about my dogs and not how much money they were going to make off me.

Sort of, I felt like they could be cleaner.

Yes, I wasn't comfortable at all

The worst I have seen

Absolutely not! They were very rough and seemed to have complete disregard that my pet was scared

I have been in the office one time, just with a friend to have her dog looked at. I was only in there for a few minutes but they were so kind an and caring. The thing about them that tells me they are amazing is that I recently got a dog from someone who had taken him to Ben Lomond Animal Clinic. I called to ask about my new buddy's shots. They knew exactly who he was and that went over his eye issue in detail with em and what to watch for (he'd had an eye issue and had to have it removed before I had gotten him), they were so nice, and knew everything about him. To me, it was different. There was a definite sense of concern and compassion. I will definitely be taking my little Bear in there in the future when things come up an for shots.
They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate when my pet was sick. They consoled me when I was upset and even gave me a hug. I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good.

Yes, food and water is always available. My pet loves it.

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
