Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

They'll get it for you, but you have to ask several times before they actually do it

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright.

Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
