The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. The kennels and holding area for pets were so clean and spotless, I would recommend them for sure if you need to leave your pet for a few days. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
