They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care.

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Yes, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called
Were you able to relax during your appointment?
No, I had to leave I was so distressed
