The staff is nice, and the doctor talks soothingly to the animals. However, the wait is always atrocious, and the doctor handles my animals too roughly, and tries to charge as much as possible with a straight face. Based on my experiences, I wouldn't recommend bringing cats, small dogs, or older animals, due to the rough handling.

The service is acceptable but not particularly exceptional. They are always busy, so that might partially explain their lack of attentiveness. Once my pets were called in, the treatment went as planned. However, the price they charged was $20 more than they had claimed over the phone! (This was my second time here, by the way.) I asked why, and they explained that the visit itself and the services were charged separately. They did not tell me this previously!

On my drive home, they called me and told me that they actually forgot to include a certain fee in the bill. This is another fee that they had never mentioned, neither in the previous visit nor in the phone call the day before.

Overall, the service was satisfactory at best, but the unexpected fees were outrageous.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
