They initially misdiagnosed my pet, but I have to give them credit that they took full blame and discovered the real problem with my pet shortly after. However, I obviously would have preferred to have avoided that whole situation because it was pretty stressful. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
