If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to their other office, Lehighton Animal Hospital, where the staff is much more wonderful and supportive. I love our dog's doctor, Dr. Young (who works in both offices), and so does our dog. She makes our guy feel like he's at home, but the only reason that I would defer from St Francis in Tamaqua is the rude receptionists.On more than three occasions I call for advice or a refill and get hung up on (ie. no goodbye, no pickup time, no confirmation). When you have a dog with serious health issues and are trying to make you pup as comfortable and dealing with his issues as best as you can, this is the last thing you need when you are calling for advice! Get better help at St Francis, and I would consider recommending because of the wonderful doctors there.

They had some medicine, but it really needed to be restocked
