They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
