They sent my dog home saying she was fine. A week later she still wasn't better so we took her to Stayton Animal Hospital. They told us she was lucky to be alive, got her taken care of and sent us home with medication to make her better. Will never use Mid Valley again.

No, there was no annoying music
Did this veterinarian seem overwhelmed with too many pets?
Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

It was some of the best pricing I have seen

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

I grew up in Stayton and every pet I ever had, no matter if I was living there or in Salem I always brought them to Mid Valley. The personal attention they give not only to your pet but to you as well is nothing I have ever experienced when i've been forced ,by emergency situatiions, to frequent other veterinary clinics. The care and cost cannot be matched by any other vet clinics, I have reffered at least 10 other people to Mid Valley and each and every one of them has never gone to another vet clinic, and some of them live up in portland.

My best friend of 13 years needed to pass on to her next journey and the staff at the Mid Valley Veterinary Clinic helped our family with our dear Mary Poppins to exit from this earth gently and peacefully. The staff was compassionate, professional and very good. Thank you very much.
