They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care.

My pet is so spoiled every time we come here. There is always food and water available and the occasional random toy to play with as well. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

We have never had to wait unless there has been an emergency. Everything is clean and it does not smell bad when you walk in. They had quite a few interesting magazines. Products on display also. We live in the country, no freeways near us! The Clinic is located up on a hill, very beautiful as you drive up the lane, or past for that matter. Easy to find, you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They go above our expectations, we always feel that they really care for our dog, she is not just their job.
