I took my cat to this office to be neutered. The receptionist was very rude, referred to my cat as "it" not "him" which is bad in a vet office, and was condescending and sarcastic with me. They carried him away like an inanimate object, not talking to him or comforting him, and not lettng me say goodbye. Not five minutes later I got a call to come get him because he was "out of control." They made me go back to the kennel to get him because they said they were all "afraid" of him. This was a grown cat, not a kitten, but very small. He would only have been mean if they'd scared him, and he's not used to being treated like an object like that. I went elsewhere for my services. I'm posting this as anonymous because my mother still uses this vet and I truly believe she and her cat would be treated badly were a bad review by me discovered.

Yes, food and water is always available. My pet loves it.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
