They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. My poor Lady (5.5 yr old german shepherd mix) passed away a month after I took her here, but I can rest knowing that we and everyone involved did everything they could for her.
