This veterinarian was friendly to both me and my pet, which I thought was nice. They were very kind and welcoming. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. My appointments never get canceled last minute. They are extremely reliable.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service
