Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.
