They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. When I left the veterinarian's office I had absolutely no idea what my pet's condition was. They were very unclear and I had to go somewhere else to get answers. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.. I was appalled by the callous and rude behavior of Nancy & the unsympathetic way the whole situation was handled. I have spent a LOT of money at your place because my pets are family to me. I will never bring mine there again and I will be sure to spread the word. My cat, Bread was in pain, he was suffering ! and all you could address is how fast you would get your money. Bread died later that same day.

I went to this vet for the first time today. They were able to schedule me fairly quick for an appointment and even worked around my work schedule and got me in after 5pm. When I got there, my cat had urinated in his carrier and they were quick to take the carrier and clean it for me. When the doctor came in, she did not rush in and rush out. She picked him up and cuddled with him. Kissed his cheek and soothed him. She sat him down on the table and spoke with us about his history as well as his recenter issues while she pet him for probably ten minutes.
I also liked that when she determined what was wrong with him, she gave us several options and made us feel like we had choices as to the direction in which to go. In the end, we left happy and paying for only what we had chosen on our own. They also gave us quotes as to the approximate price we could expect to pay for other services we were possibly interested in.
They were by far the best vet that I've ever taken a pet to.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) . The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
