Do NOT waste your time here! I attempted to remove a tick from my dog by myself and was unable to remove the head. I figured while I was on lunch (I work at the vacuum store in the next parking lot North) I would ask a technician what I should do.

When I walked in the office, the technician was busy and the receptionist was in the back so I patiently waited a few minutes for them to finish with other customers. Shortly after, the phone rang, the receptionist came up front, took care of the customer and then turned to me very rudely and said, "I'm sorry I have no technicians available for you at the moment; they're all on lunch." When she said they were on lunch, what she meant was they're in the break room talking and laughing and didn't 'feel' like helping the customer standing up front.

Come over to our store and we will drop our lunch, quickly end our phone conversations, and take care of the customer in our store. We would NEVER treat someone so rudely who had been patiently waiting for several minutes.

Not to mention I had my dog neutered here in 7/2012 and now in 2/2013 they've lost my customer history.

Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick?
They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.
